This easy crochet pattern will show you step-by-step how to create a Unicorn headband with detailed instructions and photos. Sizing: instructions given for standard Kids/Adult headband size, and instructions are included on how to size down if you want to use a baby headband.

Materials needed:

  • Small amounts of worsted weight yarn in any colors you like (a great stash buster project)
  • G/6 4.25mm crochet hook
  • blunt tipped yarn needle
  • scissors
  • 1/4” stiff plastic headband in the size you need (instructions include alterations for wider headband)
  • small amount of Polyfill
  • split ring stitch marker
  • this pattern, printed by you

This pattern is Advanced Beginner level and can easily be completed in a few hours. My patterns are written in English, in American crochet terms. Techniques used in my patterns include sc, hdc, dc, sl st, increasing and decreasing, crocheting in the round and in rows, whip stitch, and more.
