Unicorn hot water bottle cover, knitted with just one 100g ball of Hayfield baby chunky.

Designed to fit a standard 2 litre hot water bottle.
Envelope opening at the back.
Ribbed funnel.
Knitted mostly in one piece, except for the back piece and the funnel.

A small quantity of white is needed for the unicorn, and a small quantity of contrasting colour for the mane and tail. A little finishing off by hand sewing for the face.
This can really be knitted and embellished however you choose.

Tension: 14 stitches x 20 rows= 10 cm/4 inches with 6 mm needles.
