This pattern is available from etsy.com for $4.99.

This pattern does not include a tutorial on how to make pom poms, but it does provide a link to video tutorial if needed.

Materials Needed:
If using one color for the main body of the hat, you will need approximately 350 yards of worsted weight (size 4) yarn.
If using multiple colors, you will need a little less than a skein (approximately 300 yards) of each color you are using in worsted weight (size 4) yarn. I used a Caron Cake for hat pictured above and in some of my other hats. They usually have just enough for the main body of the hat.
Approximately 150 yards of worsted weight (size 4) yarn in an off white and the contrast color for the ears (I use either the same color as the body of the hat or a nice contrasting color to match). Or you can substitute a color of your choosing for the brim of the hat and ears.
Approximately 100 yards of worsted weight (size 4) yarn in a gold color.
A small amount of fiber fill stuffing.
A pom pom maker (optional).
Size 4.25mm G hook. Used throughout pattern.
Scissors.
Yarn needle for sewing.
