The Universal Dishcloth is a fun crochet dishcloth pattern using the Thermal Stitch with a loop for hanging the cloth! Its a really thick, absorbent dishcloth! The thermal stitch creates a really thick, stiffer fabric, so this dishcloth is perfect for tough scrubbing, or can be used as a pot holder/trivet as well (hence the name). These are crocheted using the soft, squishy Knitpicks Dishie yarn, or any other worsted weight cotton yarn you can achieve gauge with!

Size:
Approx. 7 x 7 inches / 18 x 18 cm
Can easily adjust size if desired!

Hook required:
5 mm/H-8 hook
May need other size hook to meet gauge

Gauge:
~17.5 sts equals 4 inches/10 cm in the thermal stitch after blocking
Row gauge doesnt really matter for this pattern.

Yarn required:
Any worsted weight cotton yarn that you can get gauge with.
I used Knitpicks Dishie Twist yarn (190 yds per 100 g ball) in Mint.

Yardage required:
47 g / 90 yards
