Designed as part of the Gift to Myself CAL 2024.

Easy project to crochet using only single crochet (sc) and double crochet (dc) stitches.

Free pattern is available on my website beginning January 11, 2024 at 12 am EST.

Round by round photos are included.

Video tutorial coming soon.

Fits perfectly over a 7 fl oz / 199 mL can with diameter between 3.25 and 3.5 inches.

You can make this a coffee cup cozy instead by using a 3.25 mm (D) crochet hook. Or, a mason jar cover by adding a few extra rounds of single crochet to your finished cozy. It looks great when you thread a ribbon or piece of hemp/twine through the final round of stitches and secure it with a small knot or bow.

To make this fit a taller tin can (like a Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Can), repeat rounds 2-17 once more and then work Rnd 18. It is perfect for storing knitting needles or Tunisian Crochet hooks.

Have fun crocheting!
