I was overcome with the desire to cuddle my little brain cat, and I couldn’t find an intellect devourer pattern I liked. Let alone one with Us’s unique colors. So I did the obvious thing, I figured out how to make my own pattern! And this is the result.

As this is my first pattern, I am happy to clarify any confusion there may be. I want you to be able to create your own Brain Baby successfully:)

I use three different yarn weights in this pattern. Most of the pattern is worked with a Bulky velvet yarn. The overlay is the Elderberry yarn listed in the pattern. I also used a scrap amount of a weight 3 yarn. You will need: A weight 5 yarn in dark teal and a scrap amount in dark purple. A weight 4 yarn in light purple. And a scrap amount of medium purple. You will also need stuffing and a pipe cleaner/chenille stem.
