Use Your Imagination Sweater
Use Your Imagination Sweater is an exciting, lovely and fluffy sweater, knitted top-down in Handdyed Fat Mohair. The sweater is knitted in intarsia knitting consisting of lots of small squares in all kinds of colors.
The entire sweater is knitted in intarsia/tapestry knitting. The pattern includes a chart intended as a color suggestion. However, it is encouraged that you use your imagination when choosing colors. As long as each square consists of 4 stitches x 8 rows, the colors can be completely random.
The sweater is knitted from the top, first the back and then the front. The back starts at the shoulders and is knitted straight down until it is finished with a rib edge. Now front piece is knitted with increases for the neckline. Then knit straight down and finish with a rib edge. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are knitted back and forth, and finished with a rib edge. Finally, a high rib edge is knitted for the neck, and side and sleeve seams are sewn together.
