Yarn

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 400 m (437 yds)/ 100g. The sample socks were knitted with The Wool Barn Heritage BFL 4 ply in colourway Duck Egg, 400 m/ 437 yds per 100g.

Needles & notions

2.75 mm/ US 2 (80 cm/ 32 inches long or longer) circular needle or to meet the gauge
tapestry needle for weaving in ends
