This pattern will enable you to apply the V-Ruffles to any sock
style you prefer to knit. Whether it is toe up, leg down, short row
heel, tomato heel, what have you. You will find four versions to
knit the V-Ruffles. Two for a total of 60 stichtes (toe up, leg down)
and two for a total of 64 stitches (toe up, leg down), since these
are the most commonly used stitch counts for socks.

So as long as you use a total stitch count of 60 or 64 stitches, you can knit the V-Ruffles in any sock size you desire.

You will have to apply the basic crochet stitches: single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet.

At the end of the pattern you will find photo tutorials on how to make a left-leaning and right-leaning increase, which are necessary for the shaping of the V-Ruffles.

Happy knitting
