One of the most satisfying things about knitting for me is being able to make items that my family and I can use in our home. One of the simplest things to make are knit dishcloths. Knit with worsted weight cotton yarn, they are a fun and easy project and make a great housewarming gift too!

“Vaatdoek” means dishcloth in Dutch, and growing up
we always called them that, even when we were speaking English. I hope you’ll enjoy knitting these to use in your home or to give to a friend or neighbour.

They’re a great beginner project for those just learning to knit and a perfect palate cleanser for experienced knitters!
