Time for a vacation! I created this Tote with vacation in mind but feel free to use it anytime. The Tote is travel friendly it can lay flat in your suitcase.

To create the Body of the Tote we hold 2 stands of yarn together. The Tote is worked in two sections. The Base is worked in rows while the Body is worked in rounds. The Handles are worked separately and then sewn on.

The yarns we use are Yarn Bee Fundamental Cotton (color – Beige) Medium 4 – 100% Mercerized Cotton, and Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread Metallic 10 (color – Gold) Lace 0 – 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester.

We need 4 skeins (balls) of each yarn to complete our project. The Tote comes in only one size.

The approximate finished measurement of the Tote is 13 and a half inches wide by 12 and a half inches tall excluding handles.

Additional supplies we will need are stitch markers, yarn needle, and scissors. Give it a try and see how yours comes out.
