“The Story”:
I know, most of you are impatient to begin to knit these delicate attractive socks and I am not going to stop you from this nice experience. Just few words about the name of the socks if you wonder… These socks are dedicated to my mom, her name is Valentina. I adopted this delicate, almost fragile pattern to express her feelings while she is fighting the cancer.

“You will need”:
Yarn: approx. 350 yards fingering sock yarn (I used one of my favorite Hawthorne Speckle Hand Paint Yarn from KnitPicks.com)
Size 1 (2.5 mm) 5/6 needles
Scissors
Needle
Good mood
Nice music on the background
Cup of tea or coffee

“Gauge”: 7 stitches and 9 rows per inch

“Beginning”
The socks are knitted using “Top down” knitting approach.
