You will need:

• Approximately 2 balls of worsted weight yarn of different colours. I dipped into a second ball of the main colour in the larger size
• 4.00mm and 4.5mm (6 & 7 US size) 16”circular needles and/or double pointed needles
• pom pom maker

This hat is knitted in the round and contained a combination of written and charted pattern. You should be able to knit in the round and this could be an easy pattern for someone wanting to learn stranded knitting.
