This onsie is knitted top down with yarn weight DK. The example is shown in Holst Supersoft with yarn held double. You easily can knit a smaller or bigger size by playing with differnet yarn weights and needle sizes.

Yarn requirements:

You will need:
4.5mm circular needle
4.5mm double pointed needle
5 stich markers

8 buttons (or as many as you like)
