Inspired by fun bright summer days and sprinkles on top of ice cream, these socks come in Small (Medium, Large) - for a circumference of 8-9” (9-10”; 10-11”), or 20 - 22,5cm (22,5 - 25,5 cm; 25,5 - 28cm) respectively - , are designed with heel flap and gusset, and are knit top down using your preferred method for knitting in the round. This simple design is ideal for a knitter with little experience in sock knitting.

Supplies list:

Yarn: 40-70g for main color - shown in Knit Picks Hawthorne Fingering Speckle, colorway Panettone - , and 10-20g of your chosen fingering sock yarn for the contrast color.
Needles: US0/2mm & US00/1,75mm, or whatever is necessary to achieve gauge.
Notions: st markers, row markers, scissors, tapestry needle
Gauge: In the round, in stockinette, with smaller needle it is 24sts & 31 rows for 10cm/4”. Once you have selected your smaller size needle based on the gauge, use one needle size larger to knit the cuff.
