Vanilla Top
Difficulty / Construction
★★★★★☆☆ (Intermediate)
Recommended for knitters who are familiar with the double knitting technique.
The Vanilla Top is a sleeveless top worked top-down.
The back panel is worked flat first to the armhole. Stitches are then picked up from the back shoulder to continue working the front panel flat. After completing the button band on the front panel, the work is joined in the round and the body is worked downward.
The underarm and neckline are finished with a folded hem sewn in place.
This pattern is primarily written in a step-by-step instructional format, with reference videos provided for certain sections.
