I quit smoking using a vaporizer but found one of the most annoying thing about it was that you weren’t supposed to lay it on its side, so that made it awkward to keep it near me and upright. So I came up with the holder so I could either wear it around my neck or attach it to my belt loop. That way it was always handy when the nic fit hit lol.
