About

Vara Sweater is knitted top down with subtle vertical lines that are simple to work yet add depth and structure to the fabric. The result is a warm and cozy sweater with a relaxed silhouette and clean finishing details — a versatile staple for everyday wear.

The upper back is worked back and forth first, with increases to shape the shoulder slope. The back is then worked back and forth. Stitches are picked up along the back for the shoulders, and the front is worked back and forth. The front and back are then joined below the armholes, and the body is worked in the round. Sleeves and neckline are finished by picking up stitches and working in the round. The vertical lines run continuously throughout the entire piece.

Measurements

Length (measured at the center back under the neckline): 58 (60) 62 (64) cm

Size Guide

The sizes 1 (2) 3 (4) are intended to fit a bust circumference of approximately 80–85 (85–95) 95–105 (105–120) cm.

Vara Sweater is designed with a positive ease of approximately 25–35 cm. Choose your size depending on the amount of ease you prefer. In size 4, the positive ease is slightly reduced as the bust measurement increases.

For example, if your bust circumference is 89 cm, add 25–35 cm of positive ease = 114–124 cm. In this case, you should choose size 2, which has a bust circumference of 120 cm.

The model is wearing size 2.
