Finished Measurements:
1.25 inches wide and 20 inches long

Yarn: 4-ply cotton, colour blue (A) and beige (B)
Hook: 3mm or size suitable for your yarn
You will also need:
Two large beads (5mm) for the ties

Design Notes: The collar is worked from the back, one half first and the other half next. Then a scallop edging along the bottom of the collar in different colour is added.
