The vector scarf is a simple, zigzag cable knit scarf with fringe tassels attached to the bottom edges. It is knit flat and easily customisable since you can change the scarf length or switch out the fringe tassels for pom-poms. This pattern is great for advanced beginners to advanced knitters or those wanting to try a fun take on cable knitting.

Measurements (approx. & lying flat):
Approximately 25 x 190cm (9.8 x 74.8 inches).

Suggested Needles:
5mm (US 8) needles
Tapestry/darning needle
Crochet hook (for attaching tassels)

Gauge (after blocking)
In zigzag cable stitch (using 5mm needles with DK weight yarn): 21 sts / 24 rows for every 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches).

In 2x2 rib stitch (using 5mm needles with DK weight yarn): 24 sts / 25 rows for every 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches).

Materials:
Work the scarf using one strand of any DK weight yarn - (8ply 11wpi).

200g of 50g/140m. Shown in Luxury Merino DK, King Cole in colour ‘Mildew’.
