Venezia is the Italian name for Venice, one of the most beautiful cities.
Keep baby snuggled up with this gorgeous, soft and delicate blanket. The delicate lace borders create a timeless blanket featuring understated texture.

Any yarn and gauge can be used; the size can easily be adjusted by changing the number stitches and pattern repeats. This would also make a beautiful delicate scarf, the soft lacy shell pattern could be repeated as many times as you wish. The pattern also pops when using a thicker denser yarn. DK / 8 ply.

3.75 mm US 5 : UK 9 circular
needles 80 to 100 cm (32 to 40 in), or extra long straight needles.

OTHER MATERIALS
7 Stitch markers.

TENSION
22 sts x 32 rows over 10 cm (4 in) worked in stocking stitch on 4 mm US 6 : UK 8 needles.

GAUGE / TENSION
Is not critical for this blanket,
however a different gauge will affect the finished size and also amount of yarn required for the project
