Ventosa is a crescent shaped shawl that has you start with the border, then use short rows to complete its center. You will use chains, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, V stitches, picot stitches, and clusters.

This shawl is light and airy, and shows how beautiful crochet lace can be. Lace weight is recommended for this pattern but it can also be done using sock or light fingering yarn. I do not recommend a drastically variegated yarn so the lace stitch pattern can be seen.

Pattern includes written instructions.
