This comfortable unisex pullover was made for windy days. A slightly felted yarn makes subtle cables—on this pattern, a yarn with strong stitch definition will give the garment a completely different look.

Finished Size 39 (42.5, 46.5, 50, 53.25, 58)“ chest circumference.
Pullover shown measures 42.5”; modeled with 2.5” of positive ease.

Yarn Rowan Felted Tweed (50% merino wool, 25% alpaca, 25% viscose; (191 yd 175 m/13/4 oz 50 g): seasalter, 8 (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) balls. Yarn distributed by Westminster Fibers.

Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Size 6 (4 mm): 16” and 32” cir and set of dpn. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.

Gauge 23 sts and 31 rows = 4” in St st on larger needles; 31 sts and 33 rows = 4” in Cable patt on larger needles.
