Get your summer groove in this recently updated KJK classic pattern, now with options for tunic or sweater length, and short or elbow-length sleeves. Knit in one piece from front to back, this is a beginner-friendly sweater with simple seams. The super-chunky gauge lends itself well to gauzy cotton tape or ribbon yarns, or substitute something warmer for a cold-weather sweater.

This pattern was originally published in Knitscene Spring 2007, and was made available as a single pattern from Kate Jackson Knits in 2008. The original design in both of these earlier publications was the mauve sample shown, knit with Rowan Holiday.

For the Kate Jackson Knits Quarterly, Summer 2013 issue Kate revisited this design and added options for a longer tunic length and shorter sleeves. The new blue sample was knit with Berroco Karma.
