The pattern sample is knit in 2 colors. The Border used 258 yards, the Insert used 328 yards.
Dive into your Sweet Georgia stash! One, or both, colors have been discontinued. They are “Rogue” and “Lilac”.
At the time of first publishing this pattern the colors were readily available.
The entire piece will allow for multiple colors - the patterns repeat from top to bottom over 9 strips. The Border repeats evenly over all the insert rows.
This makes it possible to “rainbow” or “starburst” the color placement. Bobbins and Intarsia twists would be required over each panel. The sample uses 1 bobbin.
