Verona Vest

The Verona vest is inspired by the city of Verona, Italy. Strolling its ancient marble streets, soaking in the romance of Romeo and Juilet’s birthplace and gazing at villas nestled in the hills. This versatile vest blends Verona’s charm with functional streetwear making it a year-round piece as a cozy inner layer or stylish outer layer.

The vest is worked from the top down making it easy to customize the length to suit your preference. This pattern, you will knit with two strands-Gepard Wild and soft and one strand of Cashmere lace held together to create a texture that is both luxurious and inherently sporty. Collar is knitted with Gepard puno lana.

The construction begins with the back panel, worked flat from the neckline down. Once the underarm is completed, stitches are picked up along the shoulder line to form the front panels and shape the neckline. Finally, the front and back panels are joined at the bottom of the sleeve hem and body is then knit in the round to finish with front pocket. Once body is finished stiches are picked up and knitted to form collar.
