This cowl/neck warmer is knit in the round and features traditional Fair Isle vertical patterning.

The yarn for the cowl was supplied by Carol Feller of StolenStitches.com. It’s called Nua Worsted and has become one of my all-time favorites. A blend of Merino, yak, and linen, the yarn is unbelievably luxurious and soft worn next to the skin.

I used nearly a full 50g skein each of Kitten Fluff and Cafe Flamingo.

This is a suitable project for someone relatively new to color stranded knitting, as only two colors are involved throughout.
