WARNING: This pattern is long and wordy as I tried to put a lot of suggestions, hints, notes, and pictures in with it!

I currently only have instructions for the two sizes noted (Adult Medium- fits a 22” in head)- and Adult Small/Teen- fits a 20-21” head).
I am working on altering the pattern for child and baby sizes, but haven’t had time to test.

You can use just about any worsted weight yarn that calls for a 5 mm hook. I chose to use a 5.5 mm hook with this yarn though, because I tend to crochet tightly. The construction of this hat combined with a soft yarn with stretch allows for a hat that will be forgiving and still fit if your sizing isn’t spot-on.

I was inspired to make and design this hat because it coordinates beautifully with the Apple Crisp Cowl by Little Monkey’s Crochet (which can be found here on Ravelry).

Please message me if you find any errors in the pattern!
