The Taipei vest is worked from the top down. The back is knit flat first to the armholes, then fronts are picked up along the shoulders and worked separately while the neckline is shaped. Front and back are then joined and the body is worked in the round. Once finished, collar and armhole trim are added.
This vest has approximately 10-14 cm/4-5,5” positive ease.

Recommended needles:

4 mm/US 6 (body), 3 mm/US 2.5 (hem and collar ribbing) and 3.75 mm/US 5 (armholes) circular needles.

El Vest Taipei, está tejido de arriba hacia abajo, se comienza trabajando la espalda en plano hasta la sisa, luego los hombros delanteros por separado mientras se va formando el escote, se unen delantero y espalda y se teje el cuerpo en circular. Una vez hecho esto se teje el cuello y las sisas.
Este vest tiene una holgura positiva de entre 10 a 14 cm.
