This knitting pattern is designed as a traditional vest for my little trolls. I wanted to give them a bunad that reflects where they come from; a place with mountains, wilderness, and temperatures that demand warm garments. The vest has become a favorite among my children, suitable for both everyday wear and special occasions!

The vest is knitted from bottom up, divided at the armholes, and worked with a front and back piece. The shoulders are seamed together. It has broad shoulder sections and a V-neck. There’s a ribbed edge around the arms and neck. There are two different versions of the chart, and the required amount of yarn varies depending on which version you choose.
