This vintage Victorian hood/bonnet is very easy and beginner friendly, and features a very beautiful and unique design. This vintage project is very feminine, and features a unique HDC crochet design (Half Double Crochet), as well as lovely and delicate bow ties.

This crochet hood can be made with Caron Cloud Cake, or Lion Brand Feels Like Butta yarn, or Lion Brand Mandala yarn.

This pattern is part of my Vintage Crochet Series. It is a very beautiful and feminine shawl, perfect if you are a beginner crocheter too.

For this project you will need:

1 skein of Caron Cloud Cake in shade Coral; you can substitute with Lion Brand Feels Like Butta yarn (800 meters); or you can substitute with Lion Brand Mandala yarn (800 meters)
6 mm crochet hook
A pair of scissors
A tapestry needle
2 stitch markers

The size of the finished bonnet is: 12” (30,5 cm) high x 11,5” (29 cm).
