Meet Viggo’s Everyday Sweater! ❤️

Originally knitted for my grandson Viggo, this simple little pullover quickly became his favorite. In winter, he wears it almost every day!

With its comfortable fit, easy-to-memorize texture, and straightforward construction, it’s a wonderful project for newer knitters and anyone who loves making practical, well-loved knits for little ones.

Because sometimes the simplest sweaters become the most treasured.

MATERIALS
Premier Anti-Pilling Everyday Worsted (worsted weight;
100% acrylic; 180 yds/165 m per 100 g ball):
approximately 4 (5, 5, 6, 6) balls.
US 9 (5.5 mm) needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
US 8 (5 mm) 16-inch circular needles for neck band.
Stitch markers, Stitch holders or waste yarn, Tapestry needle.

Yarn Substitution: This design works well with a variety of worsted-weight yarns. Choose a soft yarn with good stitch definition that achieves the specified gauge. Acrylic, wool, and woolblend yarns are all suitable options. Always make a gauge swatch before beginning, as yarn substitutions may affect the finished measurements, drape, and yardage required.
