Vikerl is a special bonnet for children with microcephalus and/or anencephalus. It´s quite difficult to tell a size cause every child has a different headsize and -form.
The pattern in written step-by-step and you can easily adapt it to the size and form you want it.
I used up approw 200m of 4ply yarn for my first bonnet(for a 3 year old child)
