The sweater is knitted in the classic way, bottom up. The body (front and back) is knitted in the round and set aside, then the sleeves are knitted separately. The sleeves are then joined to the body on the circular needle, and the yoke is knitted up to the neckline. Finally, the underarm seams are sewn.

Needles
The needle size is only a recommendation.
Use a needle that gives you the correct
gauge
A: 3.5 mm (US 4) / 80cm circular needle
and DPNs (or longer circular needle for
magic loop) for ribbing.
B: 4.5 mm (US 7)/ 80/40cm circular needle
and DPNs (or longer circular needle for
magic loop) for ribbing.

Gauge
18 sts and 24 rounds = 10x10 cm (4” x 4”), stockinette stitch size B after blocking.

Tröjan stickas på klassiskt vis, nerifrån och upp. Bål (mage och rygg) rundstickas i ett och läggs därefter åt sidan, vartefter ärmarna stickas var och en för sig. Därefter sätts ärmarna på rundstickan tillsammans med bålen och oket stickas därefter upp till halslinningen. Till sist sys sömmarna i ärmhålorna.
