This doll pattern is inspired by the characters of the Animal Crossing video game. Its a simple and fast project, knitted as flat pieces that are sewed together.
You can use the instructions described on the pattern to knit a boy or a girl, just changing the hair lenght.
The instructions for the clothes are given considering that you’re goint to use the same yarn weight you used to knit the doll’s body.
For this pattern I used cotton croche (laceweight) yarn, but being this a toy, you can knit these little fellows using any yarn you have in your stash, you just have to match the needle size so the resulting fabric will be not too loose, not to tight.
