Vilmava is the summer version of my popular Villava Cardigan. It is a quick knit for a more experienced knitter and the perfect first cardigan project for beginners. Super fast to finish - no purling, all flat and in garter stitch.

Vilmava is more fitted than the winter version Villava. I used Katia Seacell Cotton but you can always substitute in a similar weight merino for a warmer version.

The gauge is 21s and 26r with size 3,5mm needle. When knitted with Seacell Cotton you will also find this a very economical knit as you will only need 2 skeins for sizes the smallest sizes and 3-5 for the bigger ones.

This is a true wear everyday knit easy to make and easy to use with any outfit on little boys and little girls!
