This cowl is worked seamlessly in the round. It starts with a provisional cast-on. Then you knit a long tube and finish it by grafting the live stitches together with the cast-on. The pattern includes two lengths, but you can work as many repeats of the pattern as you like. The cowl uses a sport weight wool yarn for the main color and a sport weight wool yarn held together with lace weight silk mohair for contrast color to give it a special feel and look. You can work the cowl with a long circular needle using the magic loop technique or with a shorter circular needle or dpns.
