The Vintage Hat came into being when my husband asked me to knit a copy of his favorite hat from the past. Looking at it we remember skiers, climbers and travelers up North. This model is a perfect choice for lovers of retro accessories!

Finished Measurements:

The pattern below fits an adult size 58 cm/ 22.8 inches. The height of the hat is 23-25 cm/ 9-9.8 inches and the top is 10-13 cm/ 3.9 – 5.1 inches in stretch.

Gauge: 20 sts х 18 rows = 5 cm х 5 cm, after blocking.

Materials:

✓ Scottish Lambswool yarn Rennie Supersoft 100% lambswool (250m/ 50g),

1 skein in Tusk color #239 50 g

1 skein in Coffee color #191 50g

Tools:

✓ Size 0 (2 mm) circular needle or size to obtain the gauge.

✓ Crochet hook or tapestry needle.

✓ Scissors.
