This is one of FIRST patterns I wrote!! Also, it’s only available in one size. And frankly, the instructions aren’t as clear as they could be. However, a number of people have successfully recreated this cardigan so I’m going to keep it up here, in the event that it continues to be useful to some. It should comfortably fit a 36” - 39” bust. The actual measurement of the chest is 38”, so let that be your guide.
