What in the world is a SWONCHO? Half sweater Half poncho. Swoncho! :)

Leaving deep slit sides open for lots of swing and movement, this garment is fun to make and fun to wear!

Make it with or without sleeves - your choice! And you can always take the poncho out of it and just seam those sides all the way down for a traditional sweater!

Tosh Vintage is the star of this design and the field of stockinette really shows off the gorgeous colors of the yarn.

SIZING NOTE: This pattern is designed with A LOT of positive ease. In the measurements a Small is 26” side seam to side seam, Medium is 30”, and a Large is 34”. These measurements are correct and will give you the same look as the photos. If you work it smaller… the style will change and may not be what you expected. Basically - choose the generic size that you normally wear. If you usually wear a Small shirt - make a small as is. If you wear a Large make a large. If you are especially small or large - you may adjust accordingly by working less or more repeats. Or contact me with questions! :) THANKS!

Gauge Note: The gauge should be measured after blocking your swatch - the Tosh Vintage will ‘grow’ when wetted and laid out. Thanks! :)
