If your squares come out with slightly differing sizes, DON’T PANIC! As you can see from the photos, once they are joined you will not notice.
When using the DK yarn with a 4mm hook my squares were roughly 13 cm (5”) in size
My final blanket dimensions were 107 cm (42”) wide by 135 cm (53”) in length
This blanket is designed to be fun - not a stressful experience so please don’t worry, leave your perfectionism at the door! :D
