Viola Dress (ribbed) is a loose, flowy dress with an all over irregular rib pattern and picot edges at the neckline, armholes and bottom of the dress for a feminine and romantic touch.

The dress is worked top down. First, the back piece is worked. Then, stitches are picked up at the shoulders and the front piece is worked until the dress is joined in the round at the underarms. Increases are worked on the sides of the dress all the way down to give it a pretty A-line silhouette. Lastly, i-cord and picot edges are worked around the neckline, armholes and the bottom of the dress.
