Another one that was originally part of the Patternworks Essential Accessories Club, I’ve reworked the fingerless mitts and added a cowl.
Both the cowl and fingerless mitts are begun by working the ribbing back and forth, then joined to continue in the round. The mitts are worked in the round to the end. The cowl is worked in the round to just below the ribbed band at the top, then the ribbing is worked back and forth. Buttons and loops are added for the perfect finishing touch.

Finished Measurements:
Cowl: 19 1/2” / 49.5 cm circumference and 5 3/4” / 14.5 cm long.
Fingerless Mitts: 6 3/4 (7 1/4, 8)“ / 17 (18.5, 20.5) cm hand circumference and 6 (6 1/2, 7)” / 15 (16.5, 18) cm long
Yarn needed:
Cowl: 140 yds / 128 m
Fingerless Mitts: 115 (135, 158) yds / 105 (123, 144) m
1 (2, 2) hanks of color #1135 Indigo should be enough to make both the cowl and fingerless mitts.
Notes: Depending on your yarn usage, you may need a 2nd hank for the size Small. I used almost the entire hank of yarn for both the size Medium mitts and the cowl.
You’ll also need 4 buttons, 9/16” / 22 mm diameter, 2 buttons each for the cowl and mitts.
