VÖFFLU

These mittens not only got their name from the land of ice and fire (“vöfflu” means “waffle” in Icelandic), one of the yarns used also comes from Iceland. einrúm yarns are very unique due to their combination of Icelandic wool and silk. Paired with the classic 2Ply Jumper Weight by Jamieson & Smith, Vöfflu becomes the perfect accessory for long afternoon walks, gardening, or evenings by the fire. Bonus points for having a private make-believe Christmas fair with homemade mulled wine and actual waffles!
