Hold your fingering weight yarns double, or mix in some of those worsted weight scraps you’ve been dying to use. Play around with unexpected combinations and have some fun!!

Yarn
Fingering weight yarn, held double — appx 235 yds MC and 20 yds each 7 CCs. Shown here in Plucky Bello, Wintry Mix (MC) with Plucky Primo Fingering, Fiona, Cafe Society, Make a Grown Man Cry, Golden Age, Mighty Mac, Nice Stems and Beanpole (CCs, listed in order from bottom up.) Feel free to substitute DK-worsted weight yarn if gauge is obtainable (remember only half the yardage will be required when not held double.)

Needles
Size 7 (4.5 mm) 16” circular (cir) and set of double pointed (dpns) and Size 5 (3.75 mm) 16” cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Marker (m); tapestry needle.
