Who doesn’t just love the comforting clear textured lines of a waffle pattern combined with a work sock or monkey sock look! The perfect Beanie, Toque, Hat for those cozy winter nights around the fire after skiing, sleigh riding, or sledding and drink steaming cups of cocoa.

I am very excited to see what you are inspired to create from this pattern and the colors you choose! I think it would look fabulous in black or navy in place or the grey, or even a neon pink your imagination is the only limit. Grab some worsted weight from your stash and create away! I used 40 grams White, 14 grams Red and 65 grams of Grey.

You can absolutely sell any finished cowls made using this pattern in person or online. I
would kindly appreciate reference back as the designer or a link to my Etsy store, Instagram or Ravelry page where possible.

This is definitely an Intermediate pattern - you will need to be familiar with Front and Back Post stitches, working in the round in spirals, sc2tog decreases, and a Herringbone Half Double Crochet. * you can substitute a Hdc for the Herringbone hdc if you wish. We will be working on both the outside (RS) of the hat and the inside (WS).

This hat is worked from the top down to the brim in one piece and not seamed.
