One of my favorite elements of Marvel’s Black Panther movie is the fact that strong, smart women play an integral part to the plot and are vital to the success of Wakanda. These warriors and scientists are fierce, yet fashionable! When I came across this colorway that is a tribute to Shuri, I knew I needed to make something that could be an everyday accessory while reminding the wearer of their inner strength and skills. A delicate cresent-shaped shawl, edged with an Overlapping Spearhead lace pattern definitely hit the mark! Knit yours over the weekend and you’ll welcome your Monday Wakanda style.
