This is a loom knit pattern featuring the Short Row Stripe by Barbara G. Walker, a stitch pattern made popular as “Lizard Ridge”. Here it is used in the round. The stitch pattern is a multiple of 14. The pattern as written will yield an adult M/L hat or a cowl (cowl instructions included at the end of the pattern as a variation).

Loom gauge: 3/8” gauge small peg

Materials: loom (the KB All In One was used for this pattern), loom tool
Notions: scissors, optional: crochet hook for weaving in ends, row counter

Yarn: One 4oz skein of #4 acrylic or superwash wool, or 2 or more partial skeins if stripes are desired.
