I designed these socks to wear with my walking boots. The simple cable pattern provides extra cushioning and makes them so comfy to wear!

The socks are knitted toe-up using Judy’s Magic Cast on (so no seaming or grafting) and a German short-row heel. This pattern is designed for the magic loop technique, but you can adapt it for DPNs if you prefer.

The yarn I used is The Uncommon Thread Lush Worsted, although you could use any comparable worsted weight yarn. I used almost the entire 100g ball.
