This wide, chunky wrap will keep you warm and toasty with style. Because of the chunky yarn and the large size needles it is easy for anyone who has trouble doing fine work and still provides enough texture to make it interesting to knit. It also works up fairly fast so you won’t get bored. The piece consists of a seed stitch border framing a repeating set of textures and patterns, and is nice to knit in cooler weather because it will keep you warm as you do.

This wrap is very easy for anyone with a good grasp of knit and purl stitches. The chunky yarn makes it easy to see what you’re doing as you follow through the pattern. The pattern can be extended or reduced based upon any number of factors. Adding or reducing the number of cast-on stitches in sets of 2 will adjust the width. The length is up to you. The length of my sample was determined by when I ran out of yarn.
